World bosses the whole server fights together

/config

Turn havocish features on or off. Everything else is on the dashboard.

/setup

Set havocish up for this server: leveling, pace and a starting world

Note

These edit settings by typing values into Discord. The dashboard does all of it with pickers and previews, and /config covers quick on/off switches. They still work, but we plan to retire them.
